What happens after I apply?

Your application will be carefully reviewed, and you will receive a response within 3 working days. This process helps ensure the programme is offered to those who are best suited to benefit from it and fully commit to the journey.

Are there any scheduled holidays?

Up to three breaks are reserved within the course to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. These will only be used if needed; otherwise, the programme will run continuously with weekly sessions throughout the full 9-month duration.

Is there a discount for multiple family members?

The monthly fee covers an entire household so if one person enrols and pays the monthly fee, every other member of the household after that is free.

What if I miss a lesson?

Each class is recorded so students can comfortably catch up in their own time. Additionally, students have access to teachers outside of the classes throughout the week whenever they need it in.

Can I continue with lessons after the course ends?

Yes, students will be informed of further opportunities to progress in their Arabic studies towards the end of the course.

Can I cancel or pause my payment plan?

The payment plan may only be paused or stopped in cases of genuine extenuating circumstances, such as illness. As places are limited, applying constitutes a firm commitment to complete the programme and it cannot be discontinued simply due to a change in preference.
